No. Every role on this board is beginner-friendly and comes with online training before your first shift. Being reliable counts for far more here than a long résumé, and nobody is dropped into the work without being shown it first.

A phone is enough to get started — a laptop or desktop works too. You'll want a stable internet connection and somewhere quiet to work. Anything specific to a particular role is explained clearly before you agree to start, so nothing is a surprise in week one.

Most people begin between 15 and 30 hours a week and adjust from there. You tell us the window you can genuinely cover and we only offer roles that sit inside it — that is exactly what the short form is for.

Once you have messaged our HR team on WhatsApp, most applicants finish their chat within two days and start in the same week. Training is online and takes about an hour for most of these roles.
